Warnken, LLC recovered $955,825.75 for the injured in November of 2019. This represented recoveries for 32 clients. Two clients received six-figure recoveries. It’s important to understand that success in one case does not necessarily mean success in another case or your case. Every situation, every personal injury or workers’ compensation case is slightly different. One of a lawyer’s skills should be combining numerous different variables and using the overall knowledge to understand what a personal injury case is worth.
Whether it’s us or someone else, if you’ve been hurt at work, on the road, or somewhere else, please talk to a lawyer. Wanting to be fairly compensated for medical bills, missed time from work, and even pain and suffering does not make you “one of those people [who sues].” Very few of our injury clients were happy to engage in litigation. It’s not easy for anyone. But justice generally means you have to make a demand. Power never sacrificed anything without a demand. Let someone help you.
