After therapy and injections, the worker underwent an anterior cervical discectomy and fusion at C6-7 with an artificial intervertebral disk. Post surgery, the worker returned to work for the State. The original WCC decision was 15% PPD. We appealed and the parties Stipulated to a 27% total, a 12% increase in the original PPD Award.
