February 2022 – Last month’s Results Warnken, LLC Recovered $2,271,747.19 for 48 Injured Clients
Warnken, LLC had an incredibly busy and productive month for our clients. The firm recovered in excess of two million dollars even in a shortened month. Forty-eight cases concluded, three of which resulted in recoveries above $100,000.
You will see from the listing below, results can be all over the map. Injuries that seem horrific may not produce the financial recovery you would expect. Injuries that seem routine, even if unpleasant, can result in huge financial recoveries. First, our listings below may not fully explain the severity of the injuries and may list only the main injury without fully expanding on all secondary injuries. Second, there are numerous variables that can impact the recovery in any given case. This might include the healing process, the injury’s impact on job/ability to work, secondary injuries, judges/commissioners, insurance coverage available, and numerous other impacts.
Also very important to think about when considering your personal injury, workers’ compensation, or car crash case … no two cases are ever exactly the same. Furthermore, our successes in the past don’t guarantee success in your case.
We never promise specific results and you should not trust a lawyer who does. However, we promise our best efforts. And you don’t pay our fee or expenses, unless you win. Please see last month’s results below…
