- Claimant sustained an injury to his back and had one doctor’s visit. Within months, claimant sustained subsequent injury to his back, which was treated with conservative treatment and injections. The Commission determined that both were compensable injuries and Claimant was entitled to recover for both claims.
- Injury: Right shoulder rotator cuff tear involving the anterior portion of the supraspinatus and the superior portion of the subscapularis and long head biceps tendon near complete tear.
