May 2022 – Last Month’s Results: Warnken, LLC Recovered $1,347,941.42 for 44 Injured Clients
The personal injury, car crash, and workers’ compensation lawyers at Warnken, LLC again recovered in excess of one million dollars for our injured clients last month.
Forty-four cases concluded; of the 44, two cases resulted in recoveries to the injured client in excess of $100,000. It’s been said that in car crash cases, only one in a hundred results in a recovery greater than $100,000. We seek our ratio to be one in ten.

- Worker sustained a heart attack and died while in the performance of job duties. Dependency claim was brought for dependent spouse. Commission ruled (1) no willful misconduct and (2) the heart attack arose out of and occurred in the course of employment.

Since last PPD hearing, worker was diagnosed with myelomalacia and a worsening of his swallowing injury after an additional barium swallow test.
