September ’21: Last Month’s Results, Warnken, LLC Recovered $1,901,931.08 for 49 Injured Clients
Last month, Warnken, LLC recovered close to two million dollars for our clients. Forty-nine cases produced a recovery last month. Of the 49, three cases resulted in recoveries to the injured client in excess of $100,000.

- Claimant fell from a ladder and fractured the elbow. Eventually Claimant underwent a radial head arthroplasty and then a second surgery to remove deep hardware. Claimant returned to work for the employer in a lighter position. WCC decision appealed and the claim was settled for an additional amount plus a MSA.

- Client sustained head, neck, back and knee injuries in a work-related motor vehicle collision. The worker?s vehicle was struck by a hit and run driver. The injured worker underwent conservative care and returned to work for the same sedan service. This is the settlement of the uninsured motorist claim, which is money in addition to the workers’ compensation claim benefits
